Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Firefly Store Solutions ships all packages in the most economical way, most commonly FedEx Ground. When an order exceeds ground limits on size or weight, Firefly Store Solutions ships via Motor Freight, Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), or Common Carrier. This shipping method is prepaid and added to the customer’s invoice.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.

Items ordered at the same time may not always arrive in the same box or on the same day but tracking information will always be provided.
