Is this site secure?
We take the security of your private information, including credit cards, very seriously. We partner with high ranking and secure credit card processing companies. Your information is encrypted and Firefly Store Solutions does not store it. This ensures that your information stays private and safe. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No. We are proud to serve our customers and their orders of any size.

What if I don't want to order online?

You may call us at 1.800.334.6965 to speak with a knowledgeable customer service representative who will be happy to assist you and take your order. We are available Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET.

How do you ship your products?

Due to COVID-19 expected delivery times are longer than usual, we apologize in advance the inconvenience that this may cause. We offer a combination of shipping services such as but not limited to UPS, small package and LTL. For LTL services, please make sure you indicate on your order if you have special requests (such as indoor delivery, lift gate service, etc.).

Why do you charge sales tax?
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2018 in the case of South Dakota vs. Wayfair that states may charge tax on purchases made from out-of-state sellers, even if the seller does not have a physical presence in the taxing state. FSS, in compliance with state authorities, collects tax on all orders as states activate their sales tax policies.

State-specific announcements:
Alabama - Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller’s program account number is SSU-R010300003.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. For Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico, orders can be placed online or by calling us at 1-800-334-6965. For all others, please inquire.

Can I pick up my order?

Online Pick up Curbside Service Only. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick up.

What is your return policy?

If my order is damaged or missing parts, what do I do?
Prior to accepting your delivered order, please inspect the shipment for visible damage. For more details, please read our damaged merchandise policy here .

Do you match prices?
Since 1954 our policy has been to constantly measure innovation and performance, including quality and pricing, to ensure we offer you the best! Our practice is not to match prices.
