Fashion boutiques seem to have a lot of leeway when it comes to spicing up their store displays, and the more varied your merchandise, the more creativity you can use. So when you sell just one type of merchandise, like shoe stores, it can be hard to mix up your store displays.
One idea is to display a new or classic style on the wall. You probably have wall displays and shelves, but what about using a frame? Maybe your store is known for Western style boots, or maybe you just got in a brand new style of dress boots that are going to be all the rage this season. Hang it on the wall inside a picture frame to give it a "featured" effect.
You can also use boots or other shoes as a theme throughout your store. Thought you couldn't really decorate your register or cash wrap area with shoes? Take a vintage bootie or discontinued bootie and use it as a pen and pencil holder for signing credit card receipts. Customers are sure to be charmed by your creativity!
