The one I received was just over 27 inches. I was going to use for girls dress size 2. The mannequin was too small. I tried putting a 24 month dress on and the mann was still too small for that dress. Besides the fact that when I received it the bar that braces the mannequin was wobbly and the mannequin wouldn't stand up. Not happy!
