Is this site secure?

Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. For over 60 years we have been proud to serve our customers and their orders of any size. 

What if I don't want to order online?

You may call us at 1.800.334.6965 and press 1 to speak to our knowledgeable customer service representatives who will be happy to assist you and take your order. We are available Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm ET and Friday’s from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm ET.

How do you ship your products?
If you place your order before 3:00 pm ET it ships the same day! We are premier partners with FedEx and other options are available upon customer request. We continually negotiate the best rates on your behalf to deliver the lowest shipping cost possible to your door. For truck deliveries, we partner with FedEx and other regional carriers to best serve you. Please make sure you indicate on your order if you have special requests (such as indoor delivery, lift gate service, etc.).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. For Canada and Puerto Rico, orders can be placed online or by calling us at 1-800-334-6965. For all others, please inquire.

What is your return policy?

If my order is damaged or missing parts, what do I do?
Prior to accepting your delivered order, please inspect the shipment for visible damage. For more details, please read our damaged merchandise policy here

What is the lead time on custom orders?
We offer several customization options. For custom color it will take 5 to 7 business days; for graphic transfer receive your order in 7 to 14 business days; for imprints it will depend on the type of items, call for details.
